 Dr. Jyoti Bajaj is the Founder and Chief Curator of MieT. She is a compassionate professional with over 15 years of dedicated service in Physiotherapy, Special Education, and Counselling. Dr. Bajaj has led special education, inclusion and counselling in institutions like  St Mary’s School, Venkateshwar Global School, Delhi Public School (Rohini/ Gurgaon).  


 She is deeply committed to supporting children with special needs, helping them thrive physically, academically, and emotionally. Her extensive background in physiotherapy enables her to provide specialized care and rehabilitation for children, enhancing their physical well-being and mobility. 


As a special educator, she understands the unique learning needs and challenges faced by individuals with special needs and thus tailors programmes to ensure their success. Her skills as a counsellor allow her to offer empathetic and effective support, addressing the emotional and mental health needs of individuals and their families. 


Dr. Bajaj is a Gold Medalist in Special Education from Delhi University, Gold Medallist in Physiotherapy from Kurukshetra University and distinction holder in Guidance and Counselling.

 Shraddha Mishra is a passionate and dynamic professional with over 14 years of experience known for her innovative teaching methods, inclusive mindset, and leadership in educational administration.

As a Special Educator, she develops inclusive learning solutions, creates tailored educational content, and supports children with diverse needs. 


Her work reflects a deep commitment to building emotionally supportive and accessible learning environments.


Her journey includes special education roles in Delhi Government Schools, coordination of resource centers under GNCT of Delhi, team leadership, yoga-based wellness practices, and creative content development using Canva and ChatGPT.


She blends creativity, compassion, and professionalism, building meaningful connections with students, parents, and teams.


Nanki Monga (Counsellor)

Nanki Monga is a dedicated mental health counsellor with over five years of experience supporting children and adolescents across diverse settings in India and the UK. 


She holds multiple postgraduate degrees, including an M.Sc. in Mental Health & Clinical Psychology (London South Bank University), an M.Sc. in Health Care & Leadership (BPP University), and a Master’s in General Psychology (LPU).


 She provides personalized therapeutic support to neurodiverse children through individual and group sessions, combining evidence-based approaches with a compassionate, child-centered lens. She is especially passionate about working with underprivileged youth, promoting emotional well-being, and mentoring young mental health professionals.


 She is a registered member of the British Psychological Society and the Association of Allied Health Professionals.

Divya Aggarwal (Counsellor)

 Divya Aggarwal is a compassionate and committed Counseling Psychologist with an M.Sc. in Psychology, a Diploma in Counselling and Psychotherapies, and is currently pursuing a Diploma in Special Education (Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities).

She works closely with children, adolescents, adults and couples and neurodiverse learners through one-on-one counselling, group therapy, and psychoeducational sessions. She specializes in emotional regulation, self-esteem building, social skill development, and behavioral support. Her counselling style blends structured therapeutic methods with empathy and creativity, making children feel safe, seen, and empowered.

She also conducts webinars on inclusion and early intervention, mentors psychology interns, and supports the design of individualized education plans. 


 Her academic training and field experience reflect her deep dedication to child and adolescent mental health, inclusive education, and emotional development.
